Our process

• Assignment

   A formal assignment confirmation is drawn up and needs to be signed 

• Info gathering and property visit

  You  will get in contact with your appraiser for a property visit and we may ask you to upload some documents

• Preparing the evaluation

  Within 5 days after the viewing, the valuation report is delivered and you appriser will give you an explanation about the report 

• Finalizing the report and aftercare

  The report is finalized and the invoice will be sent. For any questions or remarks, the Valuations team is at your service.

• 1 rental contract
• €900, -excl. VAT

Residential complex

• Up to 3 units
• Surcharge of €100 per unit
• €1250, -excl. VAT

Combined complex

• Up to 3 units
• Surcharge of €100,- per unit
• €1450, -excl. VAT
